Lease by Joane Gibbes of Packwood in the county of Warwick, widow, late the wife of George Gibbes of Packwood aforesaid, yeoman, deceased, to John Fetherston of Packwood, esquire, of all that messuage with its appurtenances, late in the occupation of Thomas Greathead, deceased, and all that parcel of ground called Orchard and one piece of land called the Crofte, and also a meadow called the Great Meadow, and one range ground called Cow Leasow, etc., all in Packwood, bounded by a certain heath of waste land called Light Heath, in consideration also of £158 for a term of 90 years.
